Age-Friendly Housing Forum: Where will Seattle’s Older Adults Live?

On Wednesday, November 2, 2022 (12 noon-4:30 p.m.), join the Northwest Universal Design Council, Age Friendly Seattle, AARP Washington, and King County at Seattle City Hall, Bertha Knight Landes Room, 600 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 (Located on Floor 1 of City Hall- Fifth Avenue entrance). 

Discuss the current housing challenges experienced by older adults, age-friendly home design, and efforts underway to ensure people have access to housing as they age. Featuring national and local experts and leaders, this event will illuminate current barriers to age-friendly housing and discuss potential solutions to improve housing options for Seattle and King County’s older adults.

The forum starts at 12 noon and ends at 4:30 p.m. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for lunch (included) and resource tables. This event is FREE but pre-registration is required.
