Experience Universal Design – Tour & Open House

The Northwest Universal Design Council, Monica Weiss (AFriendlyHouse.com), and Tom Minty (John L. Scott) invite you to a Universal Design guided tour of a barrier-free home in Mukilteo, WA. The tour (highly recommended) takes place at 2 p.m.; however, the home will be held open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The principles of Universal Design are equitable use, flexibility in use, simple and intuitive use, perceptible information, tolerance for error, low physical effort, and size and space for approach and use. Come to this tour to learn how the principles were applied in the design of this private residence.
